Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the items ordered and the delivery option selected at checkout. Please see our delivery options for estimated arrival times. Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

What should I do if my order is late?

Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest delivery updates. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, email gameon@jaqueslondon.xyz with your order number and we’ll look into the delay for you.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We deliver to UK addresses only. If you need delivery overseas, your order must first be sent to a UK address. You are responsible for arranging and paying for any onward shipping.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours after your parcel has been collected for the courier to update your tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated 48 hours after receiving your tracking details, email gameon@jaqueslondon.xyz with your order number so we can help.

🚚 Standard Delivery – EVRI (3-5 Working Days)

  • £4.50 for all orders

🚚 Standard Delivery – FedEx (2-3 Working Days)

  • £5.95 for all orders
  • Includes Croquet Mallets, Croquet Sets (3–5 Working Days)
  • Includes Luxury Chess (5–10 Working Days)

🚚 Premium Delivery – FedEx (Next Working Day)

  • £7.95 for all orders
  • Order by 1pm Monday – Friday for next-working-day delivery 
    (excludes weekends & bank holidays)
  • Postcode exclusions may apply 

🚚 Northern Ireland Standard Delivery – EVRI (7-10 Working Days)

  • £7.95 for all orders
  • This option is not available for orders that include Croquet Mallets, Croquet Sets & Luxury Chess


All Orders placed after 1pm on Monday-Friday and placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are excluded from delivery time frames.

During peak periods or times of industrial strike action, delivery can experience delays. We kindly ask that you wait a full working day after the expected date of delivery before contacting our Customer Service team.

Our Bespoke Croquet Sets & Luxury Chess Sets are made to order in the UK, so they take a little bit longer to get that high quality finish you expect from Jaques. They currently have a lead time of up to 2 weeks for delivery.
